We do our best to ship all stock orders within 1 business day. All pre-orders will ship in the order in which they are received and as quickly as possible. Please allow shipping and tracking delays with USPS (our main shipping partner). Third Story Threads LLC is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
