For strength, longevity and quality stitching, we only use high quality FIL-TEC polyester quilting threads.

What if my top isn’t perfectly square?+

Totally welcome — we’re 100% judge-free and have never met a wave, wonk or bit of fullness we couldn’t tame.

Is batting really included?+

Yes — batting, thread, and return shipping are all in the $0.035/sq in rate. You can provide your own backing or we’ll help you choose a wideback.

Who pays shipping, and is my finished quilt insured?+

You cover shipping to us; the return trip is included in your price and insured up to $100. Need higher coverage? Just ask when you book — you help cover the small extra cost.
